When Only The Real Santa Will Do!
Countdown 'till Christmas....
When only the "real" Santa will do.
"Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays Santa from the swift completion of his appointed rounds", and every effort is made to accommodate all requests, and so far, we've left no one disappointed. Our suggestion is to book early.
Santa would love to be part of your holiday festivities, but like all good things, his "pre-Christmas-Eve flight" time is limited, but to reiterate, book early.
Due to time constraints, priority is given to charities over private parties and repeat bookings over newcomers. If there are kids, Santa will find a way not to disappoint, but he needs your help, book early.
(a) the function is for the direct benefit and entertainment of children invited or participating at the event; (b) the event is not a fundraiser; (c) the children at the event are either infirmed, orphaned, from families of nominal means, etc. (i.e. not children of the corporate managers...) (d) we do ask that you please provide parking for Santa within a close proximity to the event. Carrying all the Santa gear through the streets can be difficult (e) due to the high cost of fueling the reindeer, depending upon distance, we may ask for a moderate stipend for fuel, er, we mean Reindeer Chow.
Charitable Events:
There is no charge for Santa to appear for a charitable event as long as the following criteria are met:

Non Caritable Events:
In order to provide for the majority of the charitable work of Laws for the Claus, we request a donation for Santa to appear at non-charitable events such as private parties, corporate parties, photo shoots, community festivals, commercials, etc.
The funds received from these appearances go towards subsidizing the expenses of the non-compensated charitable appearances; so in essence, your payment goes towards helping those less fortunate. Other Events:

Santa Claus, from www.NewYorkSanta.com and Laws4TheClaus.com has appeared on WNYC radio, NTV Russian Television Network, FOX 5, SNAP Magazine, television and newspaper advertisements, and of course at hundreds of locations throughout New York.
